As soon as you made payment and send a proof of payment or and receipt of payment. We will confirm your payment and get your puppy ready for shipment. This will take about 1-7 business days to get everything ready and book a flight for the puppy and confirm everything.

7 business days after receiving payment” means that the payment is due seven weekdays after the day the payment was received. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. For example, if a payment is received on a Tuesday, the payment would be due seven business days later, which would be the following Tuesday, assuming no public holidays in between.
